We know that choosing your wedding photographer can be a hard decision, and there are lots of questions!

We start with a free initial consultation. Once you have made your choice to work with us, we will visit your location together and discuss with you the details about your big day, your guests and any ideas you want to share with us that will help us capture all the most special moments.

Then we will schedule the engagement shoot - all our coverage options include a Complimentary Engagement Shoot.

On the day of the wedding we take all the formal portraits you have decided on during the wedding planning— and we will unobtrusively circulate before the ceremony and at the reception to capture candid moments to help you remember this day.

> Can we make payments?

Yes. We accept Visa and MasterCard, or you can use our four installment payment plan.

> What is the payment plan?

We offer a four installment payment plan: 25% when you book us, 25% ninety days before your wedding, 25% is due thirty days prior to the wedding, and the final 25% is due one week before the wedding.

> What will you wear to our wedding?

We will dress as if we were guests at your wedding.

> What kind of equipment do you use?

We use top of the line Nikon digital 35mm cameras, Leica cameras, as well as an extremely high-end medium format Hasselblad and we bring portable lighting equipment and backdrops for formal portraits.

> Will you take black and white photographs?

Black and white photography and color photography is incorporated into all of our weddings.

> What if our wedding is another state/country?

Great! We travel anywhere and everywhere. Wedding package prices are the same for destination weddings, plus travel expenses.

> How will you show us pictures for selection?

We will provide you password protected access to your photos.

> Will you help us choose the final pictures?

The first images you see in your online proofing stage are the photos we have selected out of the hundreds or even thousands we take at your wedding, and all are images we would be thrilled for you to use in your final album. If you would like us to help you narrow them down, we are happy to do so.

> How will you make it easy for friends and family to order reprints?

The online service we use makes it extremely easy for people to order prints directly.

> What are the costs of the various levels of coverage?

> What is your photography style?

Our style is to mix photojournalism with artistic interpretive photography to create a true story book wedding album.

> How much for duplicate prints, albums, cards, etc.?

We do not charge for any of these directly. Once your photos are online you may order as many of these various items as you wish.

> What’s your time frame for preparing the pictures for our selection?

Within just a few weeks you will see your proofs.

> How about an engagement session?

All of our packages include a complimentary engagement shoot.

> How long do we have to make up our mind on pictures we want?

As long as you order your final album within a year, there are no time constraints.

> Will you have an assistant?

Almost 100% of the time, unless the wedding is very small and informal.

> How much is your overtime fee?

Overtime fees are $475/hour. We will always notify you 30 minutes before your booked time is about to end.

> Do you have a backup?

Yes, we have several photographers available should one of us be unavailable to a medical emergency of something of the sort.

> Will you use film or digital?

We use very high resolution digital cameras.
